Unopened products
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Opened or tested products
Due to hygiene regulations, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances - unless the product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item received
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 600 3928 or email info@atelieraroumare.com with your order number.
We'll confirm eligibility and send you pickup or drop-off instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Exchanges
Want a different scent? We offer one free exchange per order within 14 days, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
Return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges is AED 20, covered by the customer (unless a free-returns promotion is running).
Returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are always free.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or store credit - we're unable to refund in cash.
